The Phenix TL-2 Traditional Leather Helmet is the lightest NFPA-compliant authentic leather helmet on the market. Handcrafted to blend traditional aesthetics with modern safety standards, the TL-2 is worn by firefighters worldwide and is compliant with current OSHA and NFPA 1971 standards.

• Top-Grade Leather Shell: Constructed from veg-tanned leather featuring a commemorative 9-11 filigree design.
• Durable Construction: Includes a high-temperature thermoplastic dome and a closed-cell energy impact cap for enhanced protection.
• Adjustable Suspension Liner: Exclusive Phenix suspension liner with a custom comfort pad, available with nape strap or ratchet, fully adjustable from 6 ½” to 7 ¾”. Extra small and extra-large liners available upon request.
• Detachable Earlaps: 8″ black Nomex® and fire-retardant cotton earlaps for added safety and comfort.
• Chinstrap Options: Nomex® webbing chinstrap available in postman’s slide or combination styles.
• Eye Protection: NFPA-compliant goggles with a long strap, options include ESS FirePro or ATAC goggles.
• Reflective Trim: Eight 3M™ lime-yellow reflective tetrahedrons enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
